The tourist tax is mandatory and varies depending on the location and the hotel or the aparthotel category. During the booking process, the daily cost of this tax is specified. There is no tourist tax for tourists younger than 14 years old.

A mountain holiday offers so many outdoor opportunities that we chose not to have specific entertainment options in place. However, all our properties (except Residence Lores and Residence Boè) have games or play areas where kids can have a good time under the supervision of an adult.

All our properties are close to ski lifts or ski bus stops.
Ski bus tickets must be purchased for Residencehotel Ambiez (lifts are 100m far from Ambiez) and Residence Lastei. Minibus transfers for kids taking group ski lessons are available from all properties.
No, you don't. You can enter our swimming pool even if you aren't wearing one.
Because we welcome guests from around the world who may have different habits, we let everyone free to enter the sauna as they like, with or without their swimwear on. If you do choose to wear your swimsuit, we recommend that it's made of natural fibres to prevent harmful substances from being released at high temperatures. For hygiene reasons, please also note that you should lie down on your own towel. You can find a pair of sauna towels and bathrobes in your room.
The 'Olga' ski rental shop, right next to the entrance to our hotel and Residence Antares, offers a 10% discount.
