Skiing, walking, shopping: Residence Contrin in Canazei is perfectly situated, so you’ve got a wide range of options for your spare time. If skiing is your main interest, take the nearby Belvedere cable car and use your Dolomiti Superski lift ticket to complete the whole Sellaronda, an exciting skiing tour through four mountain passes. The local ski bus takes you to the Col Rodella and Ciampac cable cars, in Campitello di Fassa and Alba respectively.
If, on the other hand, you’re up for a walk, you can get to Canazei town centre both on the cycle lane along the river and from one of the many trails departing from our aparthotel. But you can also do trekking, snowboarding, or mountain biking… Val di Fassa is a true Mecca for sports enthusiasts.

By car
Take the A22 motorway (towards Brennero if you’re coming from the south or Modena if you’re coming from the north). After taking the Ora – Egna – Termeno exit, follow signs to Cavalese until you enter Val di Fassa. Stay on the SS48 road to Canazei. Residence Contrin is on the main street, before the roundabout leading to Passo Sella, Passo Pordoi and Marmolada.
Alternatively, take the Bolzano exit on the motorway and follow signs to Val d’Ega – Lago Carezza – Passo di Costalunga – Vigo di Fassa.
By train
Get off in Trento, Ora or Bolzano. Trentino Trasporti (from Trento) and Sad (from Ora and Bolzano) operate daily buses to Canazei. The Freccialink service is also available.
By bus
Trentino Trasporti (from Trento) and Sad (from Ora and Bolzano), served by FlixBus routes, operate buses to Val di Fassa. In addition, there are a number of motorway services: from Milan and Bergamo, from Venice and Treviso (Brusutti company) and from Genoa (Lorenzi and Stat companies).
By plane
The Fly Ski Shuttle service to major ski resorts is available on winter weekends from Verona, Venice and Bergamo airports. If, on the other hand, you land at the Bolzano, Treviso, Milan Linate, Milan Malpensa or Brescia airport, we recommend that you rent a car or check if there are buses available (see “By bus” above).
